Thickening agent for Pigment Printing BLJ-70
The product has a main component of the derivative of acrylic acid, has excellent thickening effect, good water conservation property, and is used in pigment printing to ensure more bright color and distinct pattern. Also, the product doesn’t contain forbidden substances for textiles, such as APEO, and belongs to a kind of environment friendly synthesized thickening agent.

Application instructions:
The product is added into pigment printing paste, the recommended amount is 1.5-3.5% (according to the amount of pigment paste and the required viscosity), or is added into pigment printing paste with a ratio of 1:65 – 1:30.An example of printing paste formulation:

The products are stored in 50kg, 125kg or 150kg plastic drums or 200 kg iron-plastic drums or 1000kg/IBC drum. The products are stored in ventilated, dry rooms and avoid direct sunshine. The temperature for transportation and storage of the product is 5℃ – 35℃.The shelf life of the product is 6 months since it is packed.
